This course discusses vegetable production with a focus on production factors as well as cultivation, preparation, maintenance, management, harvesting and marketing methods of vegetable products. At the end of this course, students will be able to master all three main competencies namely psychomotor skills, cognitive skills and entrepreneurial skills that have been applied in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which emphasizes aspects of 21st century learning.
