This course is designed to improve students’ language proficiency, in particular speaking skills. A variety of reading passages and dialogues are provided to stimulate/ encourage ideas and thoughts for speaking and writing tasks. Basic sentence patterns are reviewed and ample vocabulary from the general word list are presented consistently throughout the course.
